We assist our clients in the planning phases of their custom home. We represent clients in finding the right lot or land for their custom home. It is here that we will ensure that the land is purchased, properly subdivided, and is suitable for building.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project managers take care of the day to day operations of the custom home projects. They will ensure that the project is running according to plan and that all requirements are being met. They actively report back to clients with respect to progress, concerns, or questions.

DESIGN
We produce drawings and specifications, with the assistance of our architects, design consultants, and engineers, which are required in the development of custom homes. We strive to implement the visions and ideas of our clients into all of our designs.
CONSTRUCTION
We handle all of the construction works for your custom home. From laying the foundations to putting up the drywalls to adding the finishing touches, our experts, employees, and subcontractors work together to give you a beautiful finished product.
PERMITS
We complete detailed reviews of all designs to ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code. Once our experts and our clients are satisfied, we submit the drawing to the local council for approval. We address all concerns raised by the local council until required permits are obtained.
SERVICE
Our customer support does not end once the project ends. We are always available to advise our clients as to their home warranties, features of their custom home, and much more. We ensure to complete all repairs and customer requests within a timely manner.
